Administrative Investigations

1) Conduct administrative investigations with the staff of the university, which specializes in the Legal Department to conduct the investigation with them, as attributed to them from violations of administrative, financial and legal opinion prepared a memo in which to present to His Excellency the Vice President.
2) Prepare a memorandum opinion as follows about the perpetrators of violations of the employees of the university which does not conduct the investigation with respect to the legal department and presented to His Excellency the Vice President for presentation to the Rector of the University.
3) Refer the violations that require strict sanctions such as separation from service to the Supervisory Board and to investigate its affairs to take it.
4) The Legal Department, through its manager in committees formed to investigate the issues of cross-cutting nature, such as those that are of the nature of the administrative, financial and participation in the preparation of minutes of these committees.
